Say Cheese is the Wio Group's cheese fondue pop-up in the tri-border region (Germany, Switzerland, France) – steaming fondue, candlelight and a winter mood, available only for a short time each year.
"We make cheese lovers' hearts melt." Cheese fondue only – at Schlotzeria in Grenzach-Wyhlen and at a second, still-secret address in Lörrach (to be revealed in the autumn).
Classic with kirsch, hearty with bacon or refined with winter truffle – and vegan on request. Ain't no sunshine when the cheese is gone.

At Say Cheese everything revolves around the cheese fondue: "Max Mustermann" with kirsch, "Specktakulär" with bacon and onions, "Etepetete" with winter truffle or "Hans Dampf" with roasted chilli, garlic and tomato.
If you prefer something plant-based, choose "Garten Eden" – our vegan cheese fondue. Add candlelight, good drinks and a winter mood.
